Shipping Policy
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
FREE standard shipping and residential delivery for all products on our website. All costs have been included in the price of each product. It means you can order as many items as you want and you’ll never pay any extra fees.
Ordinary, package and ship your order within 3-7 business days, because we sell handmade products, sometimes, it maybe takes up to 2-4 weeks for preparation process (large or customized orders).
Working time: Monday to Friday – 8h-16h GMT+7
Our main Office is in Phuvinh – Hanoi – Vietnam but we have our warehouses located in some places: Hanoi – Vietnam; Guangzhou – China where shipping network developed to help speed up shipping. We also use a shipping network that combines many delivery companies in many different countries to saves shipping time and cost. So the address you see on the tracking may not start from Hanoi.
ORDER STATUS &TRACKING
As soon as you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email. If you do not respond, we will assume the order is confirmed and proceed with shipping by default.
After an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code from the shipping company. You can track your order on our website here: track your order.
To save time and shipping costs, your package may be transferred through several different carriers. The final carrier is usually:
US orders ship USPS.
All Other Countries Ship Post.

Delivery time= Processing time + Shipping time
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?
On average, merchandise is package and shipped from our facility 3-7 business days after purchase.
Shipping time:
10 – 25 business days for international shipping. Shipping times will vary based on order size, destination, extreme weather, disease or customs control and other variables. We will follow up and update you with information.
Shipping time for missing orders/change in shipping address?
20 – 40 business days for international shipping
Delivery times may be longer than expected in unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, flight delays, or customs inspections …
About Late Deliveries
Most packages are delivered on time. In rare occasions, orders show up after the estimated delivery date. Possible Reasons for Delay:
- Incorrect Address, missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
- Severe weather conditions
- War & epidemics
- International customs procedures
- Some extended holidays or Flight delay
If there is a delay, the shipping time may be extended by 2-4 weeks depending on the conditions and timing. We will closely monitor your order, but if you have any requests or notice a delay with your package, please feel free to contact us, and we will handle it ASAP!
If you do not include any notes when placing an order or contact us about any special requests before placing the order, we assume that you have thoroughly reviewed all of our policies!
RETURNS
In some cases the package is defective or damaged and you want to return. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We only refund if the items are defective or damaged.
