We mainly offer shipping to United State, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, EU and some countries that you can see in the country section when making payment. If you are in other country, please contact us before ordering.
Because these are handmade products with bulky sizes, it takes 3-7 business days for product preparation, packaging and shipping registration.
Shipping time is about 10-20 business days depending on the size of the product you order, the impact of the epidemic as well as the control of the customs.
US orders ship USPS.
All Other Countries Ship Post.
Sometimes there may be delays. Please read carefully at our Shipping Policy.
For change of shipping address or cancelling after your order has been placed, please let us know ASAP so we can make the change.
Typically, you can cancel or change the address within 24 hours. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that the order will be canceled or that the address will be updated in time, as the order will have been sent to our fulfillment team and we are unable to stop the process after that point. Therefore, please provide us with the information as soon as possible.

We will send you the tracking information via your email as soon as it is provided by the shipping company. You also can track your order here after it is updated.
Some time order has shipped but tracking codes will show up slowly after a few days, please be patient.
We will also send a backup link for your convenience in case tracking does not working on our website.
