Shipping Delay

We don’t want to delay anything, but we are caught up! But sometimes order volume is very high. We’ve made countless improvements in our processes and systems and we expect to be able to stay caught up unless there is another huge demand surge.

What you need to know:
We have plenty of inventory, overall.
Most orders should go out within 3-7 business days. Some orders (custom, bulk orders) may need up to 2-4 weeks for production.
Average shipping time about 10-25 business days.
Some orders may be delayed due to customs control, epidemics, weather or flight delays.

If there is a delay, the shipping time may be extended by 2-4 weeks depending on the conditions and timing. Because the products are handmade and often large in size, international shipping can be quite challenging. We hope you understand and sympathize! We will closely monitor your order, but if you have any requests or notice a delay with your package, please feel free to contact us, and we will handle it ASAP!
